My professional history as fundraiser

I submitted my first EU-proposal in 1990 under the first Framework programm (FP1). The proposal was funded - not because of its quality - but probably because it was one of the first EU-project to be coordinated in Denmark.

A few years later, I started Maridan, where I coordinated 5 EU-projects under the Marine Science and Technology Program (MAST). The company was a global leader in the development of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs). 

Ten years later, the company was sold to Atlas STN and I started my one-man consulting company FP7 consult.

Today, I work part time at FP7consult, part time at DTU and part time at a research organisation in Barcelona assisting reseachers in preparing successful EU-proposals.
